Family Nurse Practitioner

Candace Mize, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She continued her education in the graduate program at Walden University where she earned her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing background includes Intensive Care and Emergency Room as well as Hospice. Before starting her nursing career, Mize taught Biology and Anatomy and coached cheerleading at Northside High School in Warner Robins.

A Warner Robins native, Mize has a love for the community that she grew up in and is “excited about giving back to the community that has given her so much”. She married her college sweetheart in 2001. Her husband, Matt, is a machinist at Robins Air Force base where he has been employed for 15 years. The couple has 3 beautiful children ages 11, 9, and 4. She enjoys spending time with her family and hustles between her children’s many activities which include cheerleading, gymnastics, t-ball, basketball and various church events.
